To make coordinating outfits easier, wrap-back T-shirts and side-zip sweatpants can now be ordered in sets. The cotton/poly short sleeve wrap back t-shirt overlaps with two snaps at the shoulder to allow dressing from the front without having to raise the arms. Let us know in the comments if you would like to add an additional snap at the mid-back to help keep the shirt closed. Side-zip sweatpants complete the set allowing for easier assisted dressing.

This set is made from our wrap back short sleeve t-shirt and our side-zip sweat pants, both top selling styles. We have listed the colors for the top and will gladly coordinate the pants. If you would like to choose the pant color, just let us know in comments at check out. Side Zip pant colors: Black, Khaki, Navy. Made in U.S.A.
