Temporary Return and Exchange Instructions due to the COVID-19 Virus

Your purchase is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, return it in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, and we will exchange the order per your instructions or issue a refund. If an item is no longer in our line, it is not eligible for exchange or refund.

Temporary Return Policy due to the COVID-19 Virus

We have discontinued the availability of our Easy Return Label option, since we are presently closed down and unable to receive return packages. We simply ask that you hold onto anything you may wish to return/exchange for the time being, as our policy has always honored returns with no time limit. As long as the item hasn’t been washed or worn (except trying on for size), we will issue a full refund no matter how long it has been since the purchase date, or whether or not the items have been labeled.

We also ask that you not attempt to ship a return even without using the Easy Return Label option, since no one will be here to receive your package until it is safe to reopen and staff are available to process your return.

Additionally, as we are all well aware, we deal almost exclusively with the elderly population, who are most at risk. We ask that you follow the guidelines set by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention instructing seniors to stay in their homes until this threat has passed. No one should feel the need to put themselves at risk with regards to returns, when they will all be honored no matter how long it has been since purchased. Please stay safe!

Once we are permitted to reopen, we will post to that effect on our home page notifying customers that it is OK to send your return back to us for exchange or refund. Until that time, we ask for your patience and assure you that you will receive full credit for your return once we are back up to speed and can receive packages once more.

We will continue to offer FREE RETURN SERVICES for Nursing Facilities and Guardianships as soon as we are permitted to reopen. Until then, please hold onto any items you may wish to return.
