Returns and Exchanges

 

Buck & Buck Guarantee

Your purchase is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, return it in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, and we will exchange the order per your instructions or issue a refund. If an item is no longer in our line, it is not eligible for exchange or refund.

Refunds are made in the original form of payment unless otherwise requested. Please allow a minimum of 14 business days from our receipt of your return for processing. Adjustments to your credit card should appear within two billing cycles.

 

To exchange or return merchandise by phone:

For a quick exchange by phone, call Customer Service at 1(800) 458-0600, M-F, 6 am - 4 pm PT. We can place your new order, and your returned item(s) will be credited when they are received.

 

To exchange or return items by mail:

Complete the return form on the reverse side of your invoice. If you do not have the invoice enclose a note with instructions, making sure to include your address and phone number. Repack the item(s) with the completed return form or note (if it came in a bag, you can turn it inside out to reuse). Use the peel and stick Buck & Buck address label on your invoice (This is not a prepaid label and we do not accept COD returns) or address your package to ship to:

To use our Easy Return Label from the Post Office (Fee of $8.00):

You can print our United States Post Office Parcel Return Service Label by clicking here. For the merchandise description you can fill in “clothing” or “shoes” etc. Affix the label to the outside of the bag or box covering up any previous delivery address and barcode. If using a box, please use the smallest box possible to fit your items. Please do not affix the label directly on to a shoe box. A flat charge of $8.00 will be deducted from your refund or charged to your card if you are doing an even exchange. Return to post office or give to your USPS postal carrier.

Nursing Facilities and Guardians

Call Customer Service at 1(800) 458-0600, M-F, 6 am - 4 pm PT, and we can arrange for your return/exchange, or print a USPS Parcel Select return label by clicking here. Leave it out for your USPS post office carrier.
