To Register or not to Register, that is the Question…

Regardless of your customer type (Facility, Guardianship or Family Member) you may order as a "guest" at any time without having to register. All non-registered guardianship orders will require a major credit card for payment.

Benefits of registration

If you are a licensed guardianship you may wish to take advantage of the benefits afforded by setting up an account online. By filling in your e-mail address and a password of your choice when prompted, you will qualify for 30 day billings and have detailed access, by client name, to all orders placed from that moment forward. This can be extremely helpful when you wish to know what you have ordered for a particular client in the past. The ordering process itself is also made easier, since all shipping and billing information will automatically populate the appropriate fields on future orders, saving you time. These fields may be edited at any time. You will be able to set up multiple ship-to addresses, and they will all be saved and ready to select. 

Is Registration Difficult?

No. Simply follow the order process of placing items in your cart and then going to check-out. Towards the end of the check-out process, you will be given the option to register at that time, or not. If you wish to register, you will be asked for your name and a password of your choice. That’s it.

30 Day Invoicing

If we’re shipping to your office, we will enclose your invoice(s) with the order. If you are having us ship to a facility or directly to your client, we will email you a copy of your invoice and send the original invoice with the order. We are happy to send a copy of the invoice to a 3rd party for billing as well. You would need to put that name and address in the “comment” section of the order. We will still email a copy to you, as payment ultimately remains the guardianship’s responsibility if the 3rd party defaults on payment.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with any item at any time, you may return it, in its original condition, for a full refund of the purchase price or an exchange...your choice.

If you are a registered guardianship service, call us and we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.

Credit Cards Accepted

If you prefer to give us a credit card number with the expiration date and CVV code, you are more than welcome to do so.

Free Labeling and Hemmings

As a service, we offer name labeling and will hem slacks at no charge.

Upon completing your order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging that we received your order.
