Men's Long Sleeve Basic T-Top Jumpsuit

This is a classic in our line of jumpsuits that has helped to preserve the dignity of many people suffering from dementia or Alzheimer's disease. It gives the illusion of a 2-piece outfit, but is actually a 1-piece jumpsuit designed to discourage undressing. Solid T-shirt and fleece sweat pants are sewn together at the waist with a zipper up the back.
