Do I have to register to use this site?

You don’t need to register to place an order, but registering offers certain benefits. For more details, please visit our 'Can I order without registering?' article from the How to Order section in the Ordering & Shopping Help category.

How do I subscribe or unsubscribe from your physical catalog?

Once you place an order, you are automatically added to our catalog mailing list. If you no longer wish to receive the Buck & Buck catalog, please email us with your name, address, and customer number as it appears on the catalog.

You can also request to unsubscribe by phone or email. All contact details can be found in our Customer Service & Assistance article in the Help & Resources hub. You can access this section by clicking the Contact Information button at the bottom of this page.

Ordering & Payments

What are my options for payment?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. For orders received via US mail, we accept credit cards, checks or money orders payable in US funds. Please note: If you would like to pay by check or money order, you can mail your check or money order along with the completed order form from the catalog or an order form you've downloaded from our website.

You can also start an order on our website and print out your order from the "Review your Order" screen without actually placing the order, then send that copy in with your check or money order. You would mail these orders to:

Canadian orders must be paid in US Funds, so it's best to pay by credit card. If you are a registered facility or guardianship and have established credit with us, we will extend 30-day terms.

How will I know that Buck & Buck has received my order?

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. For full details on order confirmation and tracking, visit our 'Confirmation and Tracking' article from the How to Order section in the Ordering & Shopping Help category.

How do I know if an item is available to order?

All available sizes, colors, and inseams (if applicable) are listed in the drop-down boxes on the item page. If a particular selection is not available, it will not be listed as an option (it will be "grayed" out so you can't choose it). If it is available, you can add it to your shopping cart.

How can I change or cancel an order I just placed?

Do you offer gift certificates, gift wrapping, or greeting cards?

For gift certificates, absolutely! Just give us a call and we will charge your credit card for the certificate, leaving a credit balance on your account. We will then send a gift certificate (the old fashioned kind!), along with a catalog to whomever you choose (even if that is you!). All the receiver of the certificate need do is call us with the certificate number, and tell us what they'd like to order. We will simply apply their order to your credit balance. If they'd like to order more than what the certificate will cover, they're welcome to give us their own credit card number to pay the difference.

For gift cards, at your request we will enclose a handwritten card at no charge. This option is also available in the special request section at checkout. Please indicate exactly what you would like us to say, including your salutation.

Shipping, Tracking & Delivery

How much will I pay to ship my package?

How will I know when my order ships?

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number (as long as you provided an email at checkout). You can use that number to follow your package all the way to its destination.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

Do you accept RUSH orders?

Yes, we accept RUSH orders. Just select ‘Next Day Air’ or ‘Second Day Air’ at checkout.

Please note, orders must be placed before 11AM PST / 2PM EST to go out same day. Otherwise, your order will ship the following business day.

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original condition — unworn and unwashed — and we’ll gladly exchange it or issue a refund, based on your instructions.

Product Information & Customization

Do you perform special alterations?

You bet we do! Do you need pull up loops attached to slacks? Want short sleeves on something that is shown with long sleeves? We can do most anything for a reasonable charge.

Is your clothing durable enough for nursing home laundering?

Yes! Nursing home laundries can be more rigorous than a home washer and dryer. Clothing may be washed more frequently at higher temperatures and with more bleach than is normally recommended. When purchasing fabrics for manufacturing, we look for blends that have proven themselves with regard to durability, colorfastness and resistance to wrinkling. We then test wash everything we carry before admitting it into our line. If you order something with any cotton content, expect a bit of shrinkage, and order accordingly.

How do I find the right size for clothing and shoes?

You’ll find a sizing chart linked directly on each product page, just below the size options.

For detailed size charts, measurement tips, and fitting guides, visit the 'How to Find Your Size' section in the Sizing & Fit category for clothing, bras, panties, vests, and sweats.

What happens if an item is not available?

Although we make every effort to have all items you're ordering in stock, popular items do, at times, become temporarily unavailable.

Available items will be sent to you right away, and the backordered items are sent when they arrive in stock, with no additional shipping charge. We will call or email you and let you know when we see a backordered item on your order, so you have the option to change to a different color or a different but similar item.
