Refund policy

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds are made in the original form of payment unless otherwise requested. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow 15-20 days for processing.

Returns & Exchanges
If you need to make a straight return or exchange an item for a different size or color, please start the process through the Happy Returns portal by clicking here, and follow the instructions provided. Refunds will be processed once your returned merchandise has been received and inspected.

Facility and Nursing Home Returns
Customers returning items from a facility, nursing home, assisted living residence, or similar care setting may create a USPS return label by clicking here.

This USPS return label option is intended for facility and nursing home returns only. Customers who are not returning from a facility or nursing home should use the Happy Returns portal above. Using the incorrect return method may delay processing of your return.

Return shipping charges for a carrier of your choice will not be reimbursed by Buck & Buck. No return authorization is needed.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. We do not accept returns for pants hemmed shorter than 28 inches, custom alterations, clearance items, or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exchanges
Exchanges through the Happy Returns portal are available only for the same item in a different size or color, when eligible. For exchanges involving a different product, the fastest way to ensure you get the item(s) you want is to reorder them and return the original order for a credit back to your credit card.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return has been processed, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method. After  receiving email notification of the refund from Buck & Buck, please allow a few extra days for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
