Many facility staff members and guardians prefer to leave final print and color selection up to our order fillers, who put together outfits that coordinate around a resident’s favorite colors. This allows the staff person to place online orders quickly and easily, while allowing our order fillers to act as “Personal Shoppers” following color and style guidelines set by the customer in the "comments" box upon checkout. They are highly skilled at assembling outfits that coordinate perfectly around each color preference given. By writing something like “Mary loves blues and lavenders, but no reds please.”, most orders can ship in full within the next day or two. A real time saver for everyone, while ensuring perfect color coordination every time. A Win/Win!

Family Members

While many family members love the "Personal Shopper” approach to the personalized ordering described above, some may have their heart set on a specific color or print shown in the catalog or on the website. Please call Customer Service at 800-458-0600 Monday-Friday, 6:00-5:00 PT, and an agent can check stock for you, or describe what we may have that’s closest to it. That way, you can complete your order knowing we have the items in our warehouse and your order will ship complete.

We have replaced the buttons on the top with VELCRO® brand fasteners, making self dressing so much easier for the gentleman who has limited dexterity in his fingers or hands. If you prefer short sleeves, let us know (under comments), and we will gladly shorten them at no charge. The waistband on the pant is elastic and has two snaps at the waist and one snap in the fly. Note: We have found that most men prefer not to have Velcro® on the pants, but if you would like the pants converted, just put a note in the comments section at checkout (i.e...On the pants, please convert the waist and snap at fly to Velcro®. I understand that there will be a $5.00 charge for this alteration). We will add $5.00 to your order for this conversion. Cotton/Poly broadcloth. Imported.
