These solid tops with collars snap at the back making it easier for the caregiver to dress the person. We developed them many years ago for a lady who was unable to raise her arms high enough to permit over-the-head dressing. This style accommodates many conditions which impair mobility and range of motion. Our coordinating collars are made from a cotton poly blend and stand up to the most rigorous of laundry systems.
