We took our soft 100% cotton denim shirt and opened it up in the back for a great look and easy assisted dressing. Perfect for the gentleman who is no longer able to move his arms to put on a traditional shirt. Superior quality 100% cotton fabric for long wear. Long sleeves.

Traditional shirts too painful to put on? Snap-back makes it easy. Raising one’s hands above his head or around his back to enter the second sleeve can be painful. Our snap back design has a full back opening allowing the shirt to be put on from the front without difficulty. Placket front is sewn closed. Snaps straight down the back. Long sleeves (34-35" sleeve length). We strongly recommend a snap closure due to the fact that snaps hold up much better in the laundry and, due to the placement of the snaps, generally do not create a comfort issue. 100% Cotton denim.
