To Register or not to Register, that is the Question…

Regardless of your customer type (Facility, Guardianship or Family Member) you may order as a "guest" at any time without having to register. All non-registered facility orders will require a major credit card for payment.

Benefits of Registration

If you are a licensed nursing facility, you may wish to take advantage of the benefits afforded by setting up an on-line account. By supplying your e-mail address and a password of your choice during check-out, you will qualify for 30 day billing and have detailed access by resident name to all orders placed from that moment forward. This can be extremely helpful when you wish to know what you have ordered for a particular resident in the past. The ordering process itself is also made easier, since shipping and billing information will auto-populate the appropriate fields on all future orders saving you time. Of course, you may edit these fields at any time.

Is Registration Difficult?

No. Simply follow the order process of placing items in your cart and then going to check-out. Towards the end of the check-out process, you will be given the option to register at that time, or not. If you wish to register, you will be asked for your name and a password of your choice. If not, you will be required to give us a credit card number to complete the purchase. That’s it.

30 Day Invoicing

We will enclose your invoice(s) with the order. We are happy to send a copy of the invoice to a 3rd party for payment as well. You would need to put that person’s name, address and phone number in the “comments” section of the order. We will then mail a copy of your invoice to the 3rd party. The original copy, however, will still come with the order, as the invoice ultimately remains the responsibility of the facility if the 3rd party were to default on payment.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with any item at any time, you may return it, in its original condition, for a full refund of the purchase price or an exchange...your choice.

If you are a registered facility, call us and we will provide a free return shipping label.

Credit Cards Accepted

If you prefer to pay with a credit card, you are more than welcome to do so.

Free Labeling and Hemmings

As a service, we offer name labeling and will hem slacks at no charge.

Confirmation email

Upon completing your order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging that we received your order.
