This allows the staff person to place online orders quickly and easily, while allowing our order fillers to act as “Personal Shoppers” following color and style guidelines set by the customer in the "comments" box upon checkout. They are highly skilled at assembling outfits that coordinate perfectly around each color preference given. By writing something like “Mary loves blues and lavenders, but no reds please.”, most orders can ship in full within the next day or two. A real time saver for everyone, while ensuring perfect color coordination every time. A Win/Win!

Family Members

While many family members love the "Personal Shopper” approach to the personalized ordering described above, some may have their heart set on a specific color or print shown in the catalog or on the website. Please call Customer Service at 800-458-0600 Monday-Friday, 6:00-5:00 PT, and an agent can check stock for you, or describe what we may have that’s closest to it. That way, you can complete your order knowing we have the items in our warehouse and your order will ship complete.
