Shipping:
We charge a flat fee of $7.00 per order in the continental U.S. and $13.00 for Alaska and Hawaii. If a nursing home is placing a larger "house order", we will assess the exact shipping charges at the time of shipment and add that to the invoice. All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days, and should take a maximum of 5 business days from the day the order ships. (Alaska and Hawaii should allow up to 10 days.)

Unlimited money back guarantee. We want to keep you as a long term customer. If you are not completely satisfied with any item, at any time, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price. No time limit. No questions. Period.

International Shipping:
We currently ship to the US, Canada, Western Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Our website, however, is only designed, at this time, to accept orders from the US and Canada. Those wanting to ship to Western Europe, Australia or New Zealand, please give us a call @ 00-1-206-722-4196 to place your orders, (for US and Canada, dial toll free, 1-800-458-0600) or send us an e-mail @ info@buckandbuck.com with a list of items you wold like to order. We will then email you with a grand total including shipping. We ship all in-stock merchandise promptly. In order to prevent backorders and multiple shipments, and all the problems associated with that, we will call or e-mail to let you know if an item is out of stock, giving you the option to choose a different or similar item if available. Orders generally take between 2 and 3 weeks for delivery. All taxes and duties (if applicable) will be collected in your country's funds at the time of delivery.
