All orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours, not counting weekends, and should take a maximum of 6 business days from the day the order ships. (Alaska and Hawaii should allow up to 10 days.) We charge a flat fee of $7.50 per order in the continental U.S. and $17.50 for Alaska and Hawaii. If a nursing home is placing a larger "house order", we will assess the exact shipping charges at the time of shipment and add that to the invoice.
If you have chosen Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air, please be aware that we do not ship on weekends, nor does UPS deliver on weekends. So, if you order over the weekend or after 1pm Pacific time on a weekday, your order will ship the next business day. Please refer to our shipping rate chart below for shipping charges. If we are unable to get the order out due to an alteration or any other issue, we will call.
Please Note: The charges shown below are calculated for average weights. If your package is lighter than the average weight of the dollar amount of your order, we will adjust the charge to a lower rate once the final weight is determined.
