All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days, and should take a maximum of 5 business days from the day the order ships. (Alaska and Hawaii should allow up to 10 days.) We charge a flat fee of $6.00 per order in the continental U.S. and $12.00 for Alaska and Hawaii. If a nursing home is placing a larger "house order", we will assess the exact shipping charges at the time of shipment and add that to the invoice. If you have chosen Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air, please be aware that we do not ship on weekends, nor does UPS deliver on weekends. So, if you order over the weekend or after 1pm Pacific time on a weekday, your order will ship the next business day. Please refer to our shipping rate chart for shipping charges.
