In our adaptive duster collection, you will find various snap back, shoulder snap and cut-away designs to choose from for your lady with special needs. All of these adaptive design housecoats may be put on while the woman is sitting in a chair, a wheelchair or while she is still lying in bed. Our designs make dressing by the caregiver less of a difficult task. Pull the dress on over the woman's arms and snap the garment down the back. In the shoulder snap design, there are just two snaps at the shoulder with a generous amount of fabric to over lap in the back.
