As you can see, we have a very large collection of dresses for women with special needs. All of our designs open down the back with snaps placed to avoid pressure on the spine while sitting or lying down. Our snap back design dress allows the woman to look fashionable yet provides the caregiver with a garment that is easier to use and easier for providing personal care.

Our open back dresses are made to be put on the woman as she is seated in a chair or lying on her bed. The dress is opened completely down the back and the woman's arms are placed into the sleeves. If she is seated in a chair, the dress is then pulled up over the shoulders and the snaps closed down the back. If the woman is in bed, turn her onto her back and place her arms into the sleeves, then smooth the front of dress in place. Tuck the sides of the dress slightly under her back and turn her to one side. Gently pull one side of the garment into place and then turn the woman to the other side and do the same thing. Close the snaps while she is on one side.
