Choose from a large collection of slacks. We carry dress and casual slacks, all of which can be adapted to meet his special dressing needs. Any of our slacks with a zipper fly can be converted to a VELCRO® brand fly closure for the man who has difficulty manipulating zippers. Sometimes the simple conversion of zipper to VELCRO® brand fasteners can solve the “incontinence” problem if he just cannot unzip his pants quickly enough for toileting.

Our pull on pants are also very popular. No fly closure to deal with at all. The pants have generous, wide elastic waistbands that can make dressing less difficult.

If the gentleman needs to have our side-zip pants to make chair to toilet transfers an easier, independent process, let us know. These pants also make dressing assistance by the caregiver much easier.

The adaptive side-zip pants have bilateral, 22 inch zippers that allow the man confined to a wheelchair to open the pants to below the knees for easier dressing and toilet transfers. The bilateral, long zippers also make it easy for a caregiver to assist in dressing the man while he is still in bed. Place his legs into the foot openings and pull the pants up bringing the front of the pants up to his waist area and then turn him to one side and pull up the back of the slacks to his waist and close the zipper on that side. Turn him to the other side and repeat the last steps. The long zippers make the garment easier to pull on without unnecessary tugging.

The side snap pants are helpful for the man who needs just a little help to dress or who is able to self dress. The side snaps give him just a little more flexibility in the waist for pulling on and closing the pants.
