Buck and Buck has designed a variety of adaptive clothing options for you to choose from based upon our own observations and from our discussions with customers like you. Our adaptive clothing designs promote independence in dressing and personal care for the wearer for as long as possible and also provide ease in the dressing process for the caregiver. Women's Adaptive Clothing Styles

Open Back Adaptive Clothing for Women
	We place snaps in our open back adaptive apparel at strategic locations to avoid pressure points on the spine and to provide the best coverage possible for the wearer. We have many adaptive dresses to choose from.
	This popular snap-back blouse comes in long and short sleeves. Any of our blouses or T-shirts can be converted into a snap-back version for you. Let us know if you want this alteration made.
	Snap back sweaters are also essential for the wardrobe of the woman who needs open back adaptive clothing. Any of our sweaters can be converted into a snap-back sweater/cardigan for you. Let us know if you want this alteration made.
	If knit pants sets/separates are preferred, we have a selection of open back tops with everyday or adaptive pants to choose from.
	Our Adaptive Sweatsuits, both the Basic Sweatsuits and Printed Sweatsuits are always popular. This is one of the styles we carry.
	Our jumpsuits are the answer for the inappropriate undresser. Looks stylish and helps to maintain modesty.

Side-zip Adaptive Clothing for Women
	Our side-zip pants feature 22" long zippers down both side seams. The long zippers make dressing and toileting easier. Coordinate the pants with any of our Blouses or T-shirts. We also have Appliqué Adaptive Knit Sets, Basic Adaptive Knit Sets and Mixed Adaptive Knit sets to choose from
	Our Adaptive Sweatsuits have been number one for years. Choose from our Basic Adaptive Sweatsuits or Printed Adaptive Sweatsuit collections.
	If you prefer an elegant, dressy look our Adaptive Velour Pant Set will be perfect. Remember, any of our slacks can be converted to side-zip adaptive wear. Just ask us.
Cut-away Adaptive Clothing for Women
	Sometimes the cut-away design dress is the best choice for the non-ambulatory woman. We cut the seat out of the dress to make toileting and personal care an easier process, however, this design is only suitable for the woman who does not stand. Modesty and dignity is always our concern, so please make certain that this garment is appropriate for the woman you are buying for. We also have choices in our Cut-Away White Collar Duster, and our Cut-Away Better Snap Back Duster.
	If the Muu Muu style is preferred because of the generous, non-restrictive neckline and raglan sleeves, you will love the choices in this garment.
	An alternative to the Cut-away design dress is the wrap back dress. There are just three snaps on this dress, one at the shoulder and two at the waist to minimize pressure points for the woman in a recliner or wheelchair. Our Long Shoulder Snap Duster has just two snaps at the shoulder with no pressure points at the waist at all. For a more dressy look, choose our Long Polyester Wrap Back Dress or our Long Poly Shoulder Snap Duster with Lace Collar.
	Sometimes the woman prefers to wear slacks. If that is the case, choose our unique back-flap design that is suitable for the woman who cannot stand, yet toileting and personal care is easy to provide.

Velcro® Closure Adaptive Clothing designs for Women
	Any of our button closure blouses may be converted to Velcro® closures if the process of buttoning is too difficult. We keep the look of the button closure, but place Velcro® tabs behind the placket. Let us know if you want this alteration.
	Our women's cotton/poly and our women's flannel pajamas can have the buttons converted to Velcro® closures. Just let us know if that would make independent dressing easier.
	Our shoes are either of a slip on style or have Velcro® closures to make dressing as easy as possible. Choose from our collection to satisfy the comfort needs of your feet. Don't for get to look at our slippers. We have a variety of slippers with Velcro® closures as well.

Men's Adaptive Clothing Styles

Open Back Adaptive Clothing for Men
	Our basic snap back sweat tops are just one example of the variety of open back adaptive garments for men. We place snaps in our open back adaptive apparel at strategic locations to avoid pressure points on the spine. Look at our many choices of printed sweat tops as well.
	The open back feature on our shirts makes dressing easier for the man who cannot raise his arms or reach around to put his arm in a sleeve. The caregiver also finds this design very helpful in the assistive dressing process. We can convert any of our shirts to an open back style. Let us know your preference.
	Sweaters are also a great feature in our open back garments and we will convert the Cardigan Sweat top to an open back if you would like us to. Just ask us.
	Snap back T-shirts are extremely popular. They come in a variety of prints and colors that will surely please your gentleman!

	Nightshirts are comfortable in both flannel and poly/cotton. There are many other choices from our robes/nightwear collection, and remember that we can convert most of our traditional garments into open back adaptive clothing.

Side-zip Adaptive Clothing for Men
	Our side-zip pants feature 22" long zippers down both side seams. The long zippers make dressing and toileting easier. The side-zip pant alteration can be done in any of our printed sweats, basic sweats, and our general pants collection.
Cut Away Adaptive Clothing for Men
	These back flap pants were designed to allow self toileting for the man confined to a wheelchair. There is ample material coverage for the seat yet the back opens up easily for chair to toilet transfers. Caregivers also love this design when assisting the man in personal care.
Velcro® Closure Adaptive Clothing Designs for Men
	Any of our button closure shirts may be converted to Velcro® closures if the process of buttoning is too difficult. We keep the look of the button closure, but place Velcro® tabs behind the placket. Let us know if you want this alteration.
	We have found that the Velcro® fly closure on pants will often be the answer for maintenance of independence in dressing and toileting for the man who has arthritis in his hands or decreased dexterity in the fingers caused by various medical conditions. We can insert the Velcro® fly closure on a variety of our pants.
	Our men's cotton/poly and our men's flannel pajamas can have the buttons converted to Velcro® closures. Just let us know if that would make independent dressing easier.
